By using Nearby you agree to these terms.
Nearby lets people and businesses post events and discover what's happening around them. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and provide accurate account information.
You own the content you post and grant us a license to display it within the app according to the visibility you choose. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or that infringes others' rights, and not to use the app to spam, stalk, or harm others.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. Anyone can report content in the app; reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Events are posted by users and businesses, not by Nearby. We don't verify events and aren't responsible for what happens at them. Use your judgment.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nearby and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You can stop using the app and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
